About KokoCup
KokoCup was born from our love of discovering memorable desserts and drinks while traveling across Asia. From light, refreshing sweets to iconic Hong Kong milk tea, we wanted to bring the flavors and experiences that inspired us home to Edmonton. We are committed to using simple ingredients, not a lot of sugar, with genuine efforts and care, just like how one would prepare for the family.
Our signature Jelly-Pudding is inspired by the beloved Japanese milk pudding, reimagined with our own light and refreshing twist. Created with our family’s digestive sensitives in mind, every cup is gluten-free and dairy-free, making it a dessert everyone can enjoy.
We’re also proud to offer authentic in-house blend Hong Kong Milk Tea Bags, designed to make authentic, cafe-style milk tea simple and convenient at home.

What is the Jelly-Pudding Made Of?
The main ingredients in the jelly-pudding base are coconut milk and coconut water.
Is the Jelly-Pudding Gluten & Dairy Free?
- The coconut jelly-pudding is gluten and dairy free; so are most of the flavours and add-ons.
- Products containing allergens are noted in the description.
Is Jelly-Pudding Vegan?
It is not vegan as we use gelatin in the jelly-pudding base.
What type of gelatin is used in Jelly-Pudding?
KokoCup is culturally responsive. Please indicate if you have a preference of Halal certified beef gelatin or pork gelatin.
How Far in Advance Do I Need to Place an Order?
- Each jelly-pudding is made fresh to order.
- For most regular flavors, order by 12:00 p.m. two days in advance.
- For 3 layer flavors and Caffè Latte, order by 12:00 p.m. at least 3 days in advance.
- If you need a jelly-pudding sooner, please contact us. We may be able to accommodate depending on availability and schedule.
How Do I Order?
- Use the Order page or contact us, with the order details.
- Order is confirmed when payment is received.
How Long Can I Keep the Jelly-Pudding In the Refrigerator?
- To experience the jelly-pudding at its best, it is recommended that dessert cups with delicate fruit topping, i.e. strawberry, mango, be consumed on the same day .
- For other jelly-pudding cups flavours, they can be kept refrigerated for up to 3 days.
If There Is Liquid On Top of My Jelly-Pudding, Is That Ok?
Liquid can occasionally be found on top of the jelly-pudding because fresh fruit releases liquid naturally after they are cut. There is no preservatives added to our fresh fruit. The liquid can either be poured out or stirred back into the jelly-pudding.
Do You Do Catering?
Yes we do! For catering, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
- We require the balance to be paid through eTransfer at the time of placing an order as confirmation.
- Orders can also be paid with a credit card. Just let us know.
Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for areas in south side of Edmonton on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Delivery fee is $10.00 for orders $40 or less.
- Delivery fee is $5.00 for orders more than $40.
- Delivery is free for orders $90 or more.
