What is the KokoCup Jellypudding Made Of?
The main ingredients in the KokoCup jellypudding base are coconut milk and coconut water.
Is KokoCup Gluten & Dairy Free?
- The coconut jellypudding base is gluten and dairy free.
- Products containing gluten or dairy are clearly marked in the description.
Is KokoCup Vegan?
It is not vegan as we use gelatin in the jellypudding base.
How Far in Advance Do I Need to Place an Order?
- Each KokoCup is made fresh to order.
- We need a minimum of 2 days notice. (cut off time is 2:00 p.m.)
- The more notice we receive, the more likely we will be available to complete your order.
- If you need a KokoCup sooner, please contact us. We may be able to accommodate depending on availability and schedule.
How Do I Order a KokoCup?
- Use the contact form or email us with the order details.
- Order is confirmed when payment is received.
How Long Can I Keep the KokoCup In the Refrigerator?
- To experience KokoCup at its best, it is recommended that the dessert cup be consumed on the same day.
- For KokoCup without fresh fruit topping, it will still taste great the next day.
If There Is Liquid On Top of My KokoCup, Is That Ok?
Liquid can occasionally be found on top of the jellypudding because fresh fruit releases liquid naturally after it is cut. There is no preservatives added to the fresh fruit. The liquid can either be poured out or stirred back into the jellybudding.
Do You Do Catering?
Yes we do! For catering, a minimum of 2 days notice is required (cut off time is 2:00 pm).
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
- We require the balance to be paid through eTransfer at the time of placing an order as confirmation.
- Orders can also be paid with a credit card. Just let us know.
Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for areas in south side of Edmonton on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Delivery fee is $10.00 for orders $40 or less.
- Delivery fee is $5.00 for orders more than $40.
- Delivery is free for orders $90 or more.
