What is the KokoCup Jellypudding Made Of?
The main ingredients in the KokoCup jellypudding base are coconut milk and coconut water.
Is KokoCup Jellypudding Gluten & Dairy Free?
- The coconut jellypudding base is gluten and dairy free.
- Products containing allergens are noted in the description.
Is KokoCup Jellypudding Vegan?
It is not vegan as we use gelatin in the jellypudding base.
What type of gelatin is in KokoCup Jellypudding?
KokoCup is culturally responsive. Please indicate if you have a preference of Halal certified beef gelatin or pork gelatin.
How Far in Advance Do I Need to Place an Order?
- Each KokoCup Jellypudding is made fresh to order.
- For most regular flavors, order by 2:00 p.m. one day in advance.
- For premium flavors, order by 2:00 p.m. at least 2 days in advance.
- If you need a KokoCup Jellypudding sooner, please contact us. We may be able to accommodate depending on availability and schedule.
How Do I Order?

- Order is confirmed when payment is received.
How Long Can I Keep the KokoCup Jellypudding In the Refrigerator?
- To experience the jellypudding at its best, it is recommended that the dessert cup with delicate fruit topping, i.e. strawberry, mango, be consumed on the same day .
- For other jellypudding cups, it can be kept for up to 3 days.
If There Is Liquid On Top of My KokoCup Jellypudding, Is That Ok?
Liquid can occasionally be found on top of the jellypudding because fresh fruit releases liquid naturally after they are cut. There is no preservatives added to our fresh fruit. The liquid can either be poured out or stirred back into the jellypudding.
Do You Do Catering?
Yes we do! For catering, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
- We require the balance to be paid through eTransfer at the time of placing an order as confirmation.
- Orders can also be paid with a credit card. Just let us know.
Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for areas in south side of Edmonton on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Delivery fee is $10.00 for orders $40 or less.
- Delivery fee is $5.00 for orders more than $40.
- Delivery is free for orders $90 or more.
